Enjoy your stay in the 4-Seasons Playground at our Charming, Cozy, Comfortable & Convenient (the 4 C’s-ons! ;P) 2-bedroom bungalow. With a king bed and the option for either two twins or a split king plus full-size and twin pull out sofa beds, there is room for the whole family. You will be centrally located to local shops and services and equidistant from the Turtle Mountains, Lake Metigoshe, J. Clark Salyer Refuge, and miles of snowmobile, ATV, and hiking trails. Our house is a cozy haven decorated in a modern farmhouse style with hardwood floors throughout all but the kitchen. The floors are original to the house, so expect to see some age (and missing baseboards to prepare for refinishing). The living room has an electric fireplace and a new 55" QLED smart TV with a variety of streaming options. There are two pull out sofas. The gray sofa turns into a full-size bed and the love seat pulls out to a twin memory foam bed. The main bedroom has a king size mattress with a memory foam topper for added comfort. There is a dresser and closet with hangers for storing your things while you are here. There's lots of extra blankets and a 32" TV with Roku, so you can escape to your own quiet space if you want. The second bedroom has a twin trundle bed that can be set up as two separate twin beds or one split king. Either option has a memory foam topper for extra comfort. Just let us know prior to check-in which you prefer and we'll have them ready for you. There is a vanity, a dresser and closet with hangers, extra blankets, and a 32" TV with Roku. We have a pack 'n' play portable crib available upon request with sheets and blankets for it if needed. The bathroom is a full tub/shower with a massaging shower head and single vanity. There are bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths as well as a few essentials on hand in case you forgot something. The kitchen is fully stocked with a complete stainless steel cookware set, microwave, waffle maker, toaster, and electric kettle as well as cooking utensils, silverware, glasses and dishes. We have a complete coffee corner ready to get your morning started right. There is a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig/Nespresso combo machine, milk frother and a few coffee and Nespresso pods for your convenience. The dining room has a small round table that seats 4 and two extra chairs. A deck is planned for summer 2024 at which time the dining room will open to the back yard through a double patio door. Once the deck is finished, there will be an outdoor bistro table with two bar chairs and a couple patio chairs to relax in. An infrared charcoal grill is available to use - just remember to clean it! :) On the occasion you would rather stay in, we left a few books and games to keep you entertained. And of course, there's WiFi. A washer and dryer with an iron and mini ironing board is available. We'll leave you a couple laundry pods in case you need to run a load before you can get to the store. We do have a couple bikes for use, but they are put away in the winter. We love to host and willingly share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends or just have a more comfortable stay while away on business, but please note that this is not a party rental. Excessive noise and partying is not tolerated. You will have full access to the entire main floor. The basement is locked as it is not finished. The garage is not available for parking. We are only a text or phone call away, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything! It is a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. The garage is not available for parking. Alley access is available if needed. *We do not allow parties, we respect our neighbors and ask that our guests do as well. *No smoking in the home, however we do have a couple seating areas outside and a metal bucket with sand for butts. *Guests won’t have access to the basement as it is not finished. *A Pack & Play is available upon request for infants and small children. Please request at booking so I can have it ready at arrival. *The grill must be cleaned if used. *There is a game cleaning station in town for hunters/fisherman. We do not allow game/fish cleaning within the house. *Explore the area! Bottineau has a variety of large murals, walking paths, and parks. The beautiful scenery, vast wildlife, and many outdoor activities will not disappoint. Enjoy your visit to Bottineau, Lake Metigoshe or the Turtle Mountains!
