If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, you have everything you need close by: shops for everyday needs, 2-minute walk to the subway or bus, in 3 stops at the cathedral / central train station. Cathedral view from your window! Also 3 stops to the trade fair, and yet you are 15 minutes by foot from the Rhine. Behind the house is a park for chilling and barbecuing with fitness equipment, skate ramp, basketball court and playground. Important: 2 cats also live here! The space I have lived in this apartment myself for 20 years, and the former children's room, which has been redesigned for guests, is rented out. I pay close attention to the privacy of my guests and am usually not at home. The decor is rather colorful and artistic, therefore very cozy, but not hotel-like. There is a bathtub where you can also shower. The fully equipped kitchen can be used. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, spices, oil and vinegar too.
