Folkestone Terrace is a lovely end of terrace holiday home with a wonderful, quirky vibe, blending art deco with mid-century interior design, and will certainly appeal to visitors wanting to experience the creative, artistic vibe of Folkestone. The house has a ground floor open plan kitchen and dining area which is great for chilling out with family and friends, and a first floor sitting room with cosy wood burner. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. This property has very steep stairs. The stairs are very steep at this property and spread across all three floors so this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children. Towels and linen are provided This property has no garden or outside space Additional pet charges are £25 per pet per stay Parking - one-hour restricted parking outside for unloading Wi-Fi access Central heating throughout House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note Towels and linen are provided. We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own. This property has no garden or outside space. Logs for the wood burner must be requested prior to arrival with Keepers Cottages. The logs are chargeable at £15 per bag.
