You have your private garden, where you can have lunch outside, read in the shade, or simply enjoy the calm. Hiking, swimming, cycling, villages, markets and outdoor activities are nearby. The space 🏡 The house Detached house for 1-4 guests, a cottage adjoining the owners' home, with a separate entrance and private parking. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has: 1 bedroom (180/200 bed or 2 90/200 beds, upon request) + 1 sleeping area (separated from the master bedroom by a curtain) with a bunk bed 1 bath Equipped kitchen / dining room Mezzanine lounge Private outside space Garden and mountain views Wi-fi 🌊 The Drôme River is just 100 m away: swimming, a walk by the water, or a canoe trip, as you wish. 🏊 Shared swimming pool (with the owners), 12 × 6 m, completely renovated in 2025 with an integrated beach. It is accessible from May to September, depending on the weather, from 9 am to 7 pm. 🌿 You also have your private garden, where you can have lunch outside, read in the shade, or simply enjoy the calm. 🚲 About 300 m away, the Voie Verte allows you to set off directly by bike or on foot to explore the valley. 📍 A great location You are a few minutes' walk from the Drôme and the heart of the village. About 1.5 km away, in Mirabel-et-Blacons, you will find a convenience store, a bakery, restaurants, a bar-tobacconist, and an electric vehicle charging station. Whether you're coming to swim, bike, hike, or just do nothing, we'll be happy to host you in our little corner of nature. Our animals may be present in our garden, especially by the pool, when we are with them. They do not have access to your private garden. If you love animals, they will be delighted to welcome you. 😊 On the other hand, if you are afraid of dogs or do not like their presence, this place will probably not meet your expectations.
