We are located just a few meters (75) from the waterfront. We are purely familiar concept houses and for rest, we request no scandals, drunkenness, smoking or music at excessive volume at any time. The space Salinas Beach House N⁰2 is inside our Salinas residential complex, designed to provide comfort, freshness and functionality to families, couples or groups looking to rest near the sea (located 75 meters from the beach). The house features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. In each room you will find: A double bed ideal for resting deeply Four bunk beds, perfect for children or large groups In addition, you will enjoy a private pool surrounded by wooden beach chairs to sunbathe or relax outdoors. Next to the pool you will also find outdoor showers, ideal after a day at the beach. The house includes: Equipped and spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals Spacious dining room, perfect for group sharing Living room with air conditioning and comfortable armchairs, where you can enjoy a movie or just share with your companions. TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the house and great connection for those who need to stay connected To rest and enjoy the environment: A hammock area ideal for napping or reading 1.5 bathrooms comfortably distributed to facilitate the group stay Recommendations for your stay: We suggest bringing body towels, sunblock, repellent, toilet paper, and pure water for your comfort. Additionally, we request that you enter the exact number of guests and pets into the system, as only the number of guests and pets that has been selected is allowed to enter, and if someone else joins at the last minute, please add them. Other things to note Remember that if you book it is the same day of your stay and if it happens after 3:00pm or close to this time, we will fill our pool at the time that you confirm your stay and it takes a 2 hour and 30 minute filling time, but you can still move forward to the facilities and accommodate you for the duration of the filling. Additionally, we ask that you enter the exact amount of guests that will visit us in the system, as only the number of guests selected is allowed in, and if someone more last minute adhere please add it. Important information for your stay: For your convenience, upon arrival the accommodation will have: 🧻 1 roll of toilet paper as a welcome courtesy (not unlimited). 💧 1 2-liter container (jug) of water purified by Ecofilter, safe and reliable for human consumption. 🏖️ Towels available upon request: we recommend bringing your own, but if for some reason you don't bring them, you can request them and we will gladly provide them. We recommend our guests, if they prefer: Bring extra toilet paper, depending on your consumption. Bring your own bottled or spring water, if you do not prefer the purified water. Bring your own towels, especially for the beach or pool. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent, as it is a coastal area. Our goal is to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
