NU is one of three beautifully furnished bedrooms. With its private en suite, garden tub, walk-in closet, sitting room, and elevated plush bed, NU feels like a cross between a private spa and a warm day at the beach. NU also has a smart TV and lock, mirrors, USB port station, dresser, and desk. Perfect for professionals, individuals, couples, or families with small children. Each room sleeps two. It's nestled in the heart of southern small-town charm with the conveniences of city living. Each bedroom was created with comfort, relaxation, and style in mind. For example, Ngozi Ubi was created simply to emulate a private spa. From the perfectly chosen color palette to the elevated queen bed, private bathroom with marble inspired bathroom flooring, and garden soaking tub with bath tray to the quaint sitting room, you will feel like you are on your own island. Guest access Guests will have access to the room(s) booked and all shared areas, which include: living room, breakfast nook, upstairs hall bathroom, downstairs half bath, kitchen, backyard, and laundry room. Guests do not have access to the garage or backyard shed. Both areas are monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. During your stay Generally, there is limited interaction with guests as we like to give guests their space. However, we are available via text messaging and telephone for questions. Other things to note As this is a monthly rental, we provide single-use toiletry starter sets, enough for five days. Additional starter sets are available for a small price. Guests are encouraged to purchase toiletries that will last during their stay. Towels and bed linens are provided for two weeks stay only. Guests can utilize the washer and dryer to clean items if necessary. The home is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath, with living room and full kitchen. There is a private fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture, grill, children play area, and plenty of seating options. The home may be occupied by other guests. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise so as not to disturb others. There is a community swimming pool that is only open during summer months. *** Guests must provide photo ID
