You have access to a private terrace and shared pool with breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets. Guests have 24 hours access to everything in the studio including the pool that is steps away. The pool may be shared by other guest between the hours of (11am-6pm)ONLY, for the privacy of guests renting “The Studio Overlooking Bermuda” We are an easy going couple, that respects the privacy of our guests. We live in the main house which is just steps away. We can be reached either by phone, email, or a knock at the door. This is a peaceful, quiet and non congested neighborhood. The property is situated on top of a hill with unobstructed views on 1.5 acres. We are a mile away from the “Royal Naval Dockyard”, that offers water and boat excursions, dolphin quest, Bermuda pottery, rum cake factory, museums, boat and sports clubs, bike rentals, miniature golf, shopping mall, gift shops, movie theater, Ice cream shop, cafe, and restaurants. There’s also a Ferry that runs frequently to the city of Hamilton, and a Ferry that runs to St. George’s, not as frequent. Along the way, “Woody’s” famously known for their local fish sandwiches! Get those steps in! There's a beach, grocery, food, pharmacy and other activities within walking distance (15-30min). But be aware that Bermuda is quite hilly, so if you have challenges with mobility or rather get around by other means, read on! We are less than a 10 minute walk to 2 major bus routes (#7 and #8) that stop at our famous locations like, Horseshoe Bay beach, Naval Dockyard and the City of Hamilton. We are also an 8 minute walk from the Cavello Bay Ferry Dock that goes to the city of Hamilton. Ferry Times TO Hamilton: Monday - Friday 7:10a, 8:10a 4:40p, 5:40p, 6:40p Mopeds/scooters can be reserved and delivered to the property. EV rentals can be reserved, but must be picked up at the rental location. We also have EV charging stations. We are happy to assist you with arranging taxi services to and from the airport or for getting around the island. The studio has a well equipped kitchen for those that choose to dine in. WiFi provided. Keep in mind that this is an island and with island life comes critters. While have professional pest control, we recommend not leaving screen doors open for extended periods of time or at night.
