Escape to a world of sports-themed luxury with this stunning vacation villa in Veranda Palms, just a stone’s throw away from Orlando’s world-famous theme parks. Boasting an epic 6750 sq. ft of space, this dream home features 14 custom-built bedrooms, each showcasing a unique sports-related experience. The space There are 12 rooms with king beds; 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds; and 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, for a total number of beds: 20. The house sleeps up to 40 people. The golf (master), football (master), and tennis rooms are on the first floor. Twelve bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. There are also two kids’ rooms with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds per room. With 14.5 bathrooms, a full laundry room on each floor, and two refrigerators and washers and dryers, every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Indulge in endless entertainment options with your own private two-lane bowling alley, pool-side TV, home theater, arcade games, and 9D VR. The living room is fitted with a large LED wall-to-wall TV, perfect for movie nights with the family. And, when it’s time to whip up a meal, the fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a massive island and additional chairs for group gatherings. Ideal for family vacations, weddings, corporate retreats, and more, there is plenty of open space for group gatherings, including a spacious living area. Please note that smoking of any kind is not permitted in the home, including cigarettes, Hookahs, or vaping. Other things to note * POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost OF $ 50 with a minimum required of 7 sequential days. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. - Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. Must be required 48 hours prior to the check-in date. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. * No wash cloths provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
