House with a view of Kremsmauer/Pyhrn - Dog-friendly

Located at an altitude of 800 meters, the house offers a direct view of the time-honored robber baron castle Altpernstein. From the terrace, the picturesque view extends to the Krems Wall, which adorns the local panorama. A parking lot is right outside the door. The surrounding ski resorts and recreational areas can be easily reached by car. The space The living space of the house is about 70 square meters. On the first floor, there is the entrance, an anteroom as well as a toilet and a cozy kitchen-living room with a pellet stove. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet are located. Outside, there are seats in the entrance area as well as on the terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Pets, especially dogs, are welcome. The forest is only about 30 meters away and offers the possibility for relaxing walks as well as extended hikes in untouched nature. Molln National Park is just a short 15-minute drive away. In addition, the towns of Micheldorf and Kirchdorf attract visitors with a wide range of activities and attractions. Other things to note Due to our experience with guests with dogs, we have introduced these simple rules to make your stay at the apartment with your dog enjoyable: Pet Behavior: Please ensure your dog is well behaved and does not show disturbing behavior, such as excessive barking, aggressiveness, or damage to property. Care of the pet: We kindly ask you to take good care of your dog during the stay and not to leave it unattended in the apartment. Cleaning: When leaving the apartment, remove all dog hair. In case your dog leaves dirt or smell in the room, there will be an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros. Sleeping space: Set up your dog's own sleeping space to keep furniture and beds clean.
