This villa stands for pure well-being and holiday enjoyment. As soon as you enter you are greeted by warm colors and an inviting view of the pool and water. The space The wooden floors give the house a nice ambience. The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger and you can spend cozy movie evenings on the couch. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family and friends. A foosball table ensures fun and entertainment! The villa has two separate sleeping areas on each side, ideal for several families. So everyone has their own area. There are four bedrooms in total, two with king-size beds, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen and a single bed; as well as three bathrooms each with shower and toilet. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. On the covered terrace there is a nice large dining table and a gas grill. In the cozy lounge corner with TV and on the sun loungers you can relax and enjoy the Florida sun. The large pool is electrically heated and guarantees playing and swimming fun! In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler and beach equipment for your trips in the garage. There are also two kayaks available for you to explore Cape Coral's waterways. In the house you will find an individual information folder with numerous tips for excursions, supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, sights and much more. Renting a boat is recommended!!! No boat license is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us is located directly at your own boat dock, for example to reach the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. Please contact us for further information. We would be happy to help you to find the boat you want. With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside. Guest access We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
