Downtown Omaha: Cozy House with Private Casita

Experience the allure of history & modern charm in our cozy home and casita, set in Downtown Omaha's Little Italy. Lovingly renovated from the late 19th century, it provides both cozy corners & generous spaces, inside and out. Book both spaces for a true local vibe. Just moments from the Old Market, immerse in the city's best shops, dining, and sights. A perfect entry point to Omaha’s rich culture, this stay blends contemporary luxury with classic beauty, creating stories to remember. The space On the main level of the home you will find a living room, dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, as well as a closet and small nightstand with drawers for storage. The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped. It has a coffee maker with coffee/tea/cocoa provided. The 2nd floor has 2 rooms, one with a trundle bed and the other with a full bed. We also have an air mattress on that level as well as a large dresser for storage. In the lower level you will find a bathroom, small kitchenette, informal dining room, bar top for additional seating and a sofa bed. There is a TV on both the main and lower level of the home. In the Casita you will find, a full kitchen that is fully equipped and includes a coffee make with coffee/tea/cocoa provided. The bedroom with full bed has a ton of storage and an electric fireplace. The bathroom has a hydro massage walk-in tub with shower head spray and a full front load washer and dryer. The living room has a full size sofa bed and the place is equipped with 2 TV's, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. You can sleep 12-14 quite comfortably with the 2 converted couches but with the use of the air mattress it could be more than that. Guest access By renting the full property, house and guest house, you will have full access to both properties that are separated by a courtyard and guest parking. Other things to note Since we rent both of the spaces out separately as well we are not able to offer instant book as one of the other spaces could be booked.
