Tetiaroa is a family site, built almost 20 years ago and for all this time being frequented only by the owners. We decided to open the doors of this paradise to others so they can enjoy unforgettable moments in a cozy, spacious place, with wonderful views and total tranquility and peace. The property is located between hills without any neighbors, offering total privacy but with all security. Take advantage of the landscaping to take beautiful photos with stunning scenery. The space Large space with capacity for a maximum of 25 people among adults and children. *Value changes over 20 people* There are several double beds, single beds, bunk beds and mattresses (double and single) that can be placed in the bedrooms and in the large living room without disturbing the locomotion. The housekeeper of the place will be there only to clean the pool (Friday and Saturday) and fill the boxes with water. There is no need to call you except in extreme cases, such as a lack of gas or water. Other notes: - Bring linens and bath linens, this is not offered. - Our guests must leave utensils clean as they were. - Throw the trash, in the trash. - We have security cameras in the outdoor area of the farm. - Expressly forbidden to tamper with the pool pump lever. - Pool area bathroom is for number 1 only. - We have Wi-Fi. - Do not play cigarette butt on grass (outdoor area in general). - Expressly forbidden to use glass cups/bottles in the pool area to avoid accidents. - Leave access ramps of the house (entrance/exit) unobstructed. - If you break something, no problem, please let us know as this may happen. Guest access Guest will have access to the location of the site and check-in information after booking, but it will have access to the entire area of the property.
