Within walking distance of NFTS, our self-contained Woodland Studio in Beaconsfield offers privacy, comfort and calm. One bedroom, cosy lounge with Smart TVs, kitchenette and outdoor seating area. Walk to Beaconsfield Station (Chiltern Line to London & Wembley). Close to M40, M25 and Heathrow Airport links. Perfect for NFTS students, business travellers and families visiting or moving to the area, with free parking. The space Our Woodland Studio is a modern, self-contained one-bedroom hideaway at the bottom of our garden in Beaconsfield. Peaceful, private and surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect space to relax, study or work. The studio includes a double bedroom, cosy lounge with Smart TV, kitchenette, and modern shower room. There’s also a Smart TV in the bedroom so you can watch in comfort. French doors open to your own outdoor seating area, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink under the trees. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance and outdoor seating area at the bottom of our garden. The studio is self-contained and not overlooked, offering complete privacy. You’ll have everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in both lounge and bedroom. Other things to note We also host guests at Warwick Road Studios in Beaconsfield — a popular base for NFTS students and visiting professionals. Many of our guests choose the Woodland Studio for a quieter, more private setting surrounded by nature. We offer free parking on our private driveway just outside the property. We’re happy to share our local knowledge — from woodland walks and great cafés to film locations and day trips in the Chiltern Hills. The Woodland Studio is designed for up to two adults, but we’re glad to welcome a child or two younger guests if suitable for the space. The double sofa-bed in the lounge can be used for children. We simply ask that guests respect the quiet, peaceful setting — this isn’t a space for parties or late-night gatherings. We are happy to share our utility room in the main house (which has a side access) for laundry, within reasonable limits and by prior arrangement.
