Freshly renovated flat with a cat in new build gated development yet minutes from the world's first Garden Suburb- Bedford Park where leading lights of the Arts and Craft movement including WB Yeats lived. It's leafy, super quiet and near to 3 big parks. 20mins bus ride to Westfield London Shopping megamall to shop till you drop, 20mins cycle to the River Thames by Chiswick, 20mins on the tube to Royal Botanic Kew Gardens and 30mins taxi to Heathrow Airport. The space There's an open plan brand new kitchen with a wine fridge that opens into a very bright lounge. The lounge has a sofa bed and a dining area with an ottoman bench, foldable dining table and 2 foldable chairs sitting 4 in total. There is a TV connected to Amazon Firestick with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney. The lounge leads to a patio which has 2 deck chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed, a single wardrobe for you to use and a projector screen linked to Apple TV. The bathroom has just been renovated with a heated back lit mirror cabinet equipped with Bluetooth speakers and a rainforest shower head over a bath tub. There is also a cloakroom by the entrance hall way where the heating unit, circuit breaker switch, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket are found. Guest access The whole flat is for you to use Other things to note You will need to love cats. The price is a little lower than the average for the area as I'd need guests to look after our cutest Ginger tabby called Nala. She may be shy initially but very quickly gets friendly and loves head and neck tickles. She has the loudest purrs and cutest squeaks. She does not get on with other cats or dogs which is why I can't host guests with pets.
