Very airy one-story house, with exclusive swimming pool, barbecue and green area. There are 3 bedrooms (two of which are en-suites), a large living room, kitchen, outdoor area and garage. It is only a 13-minute drive to Guarajuba beach! Ideal accommodation for group trips of 7 to 10 people, including children. The house has 10 mattresses. It is not allowed to receive people other than those already provided for in the accommodation. Guest access The rented house is the ground floor, with independent access from the 1st floor, and exclusive pool of the ground floor house. Other things to note We charge an extra fee for water and electricity according to guests' consumption. There are two double beds in the en-suites, two single beds in the bedroom without an en-suite. Two more mattresses that fit either in the bedroom without a suite or in the other bedrooms on the floor. The room is spacious and can be used to place more mattresses at the discretion of the guest.
