This main house is located in a residential area a 10-minute walk from the center, it benefits from a large park with swimming pool, petanque court and jacuzzi. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation, it is very well equipped, comfortable and can accommodate up to 8 people with three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a mezzanine with extra beds (120 + 140 comfortable mattresses). Perfect accommodation for a successful vacation. Guest access Montmeyran is close to Valence (less than 20 min drive) where you will find all possible activities, bowling, karting, many parks, excellent restaurants, lively city center, cinemas etc... Other things to note We cannot guarantee a pool opening before May 15. Linens are not included in the rental rate. We'd love to provide it for an extra charge of €12.50 per person
