This charming house is located only 100m (5 min walk) from the entrance of Marino Ballena National Park! You cannot get any closer! Located across the street from Costa Rica Dive & Surf Shop, you will be near the beach, but also close to the quaint and local restaurants. It includes a bright and spacious fully stocked kitchen, a bright dining room, desk spaces, and a spacious backyard. The space This is a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom will be yours, the other is another private Airbnb room, and the final bedroom is a storage room. You will potentially have the entire house to yourself if no other guests rent at the same time as you. The kitchen is completely stocked-- and there is a full dining room table that is perfect for remote desk work. There is also a big backyard space to park a car or enjoy the outdoors. AC in the bedroom will cost an additional $10 per night. Guest access Upon arrival, you will have the code for a lockbox to enter the exterior gate. The sliding glass door to get inside the house is unlocked. Your bedroom door (#2) will have a code to the automatic lock. Be sure to always lock your door when you leave by holding the door closed and pressing the "locked keypad icon."
