The space The living room has a wall furnace, and the two bedrooms have radiant heaters. They are slow to heat up the apace but very quiet and efficient once you get it to the temperature you want to keep it at. Window units for air conditioning. Lots of outdoor play area. This home is 703 sqft. living area, 13,320 SQFT LOT 2 BED & 1 BATH Bedroom # 1 : 1 queen bed (sleeps 2 people) Bedroom # 2 : 2 full beds (sleeps 4 people) Total - 6 people. Bathroom # 1 : 3/4 bath no tub PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SOFA FOR SLEEPING. LIVING ROOM This home has a 55 in. smart TV, dining table for 4, full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, cups, utensils, complimentary washer & dryer. ----WHAT WE PROVIDE----- Coffee, sugar, creamer, salt pepper and other spices, shampoo, conditioner, one soap bar, one toilet paper, one kitchen paper towel role, dish soap at kitchen sink soap dispenser, five dishwasher soaps, trash bags, cleaning products, detergent to wash five loads with fabric softer sheets, and some bleach, These are provided for you to help you get started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. We will provide you with a welcome book of the nearest stores nearby. PARKING One car driveway however, you can squeeze a second car next to the driveway in front of the side fence and more in the backyard. "SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY!" two in the back and two in the front. Guest access The welcome book at the entrance of the house will help you understand how to power the electronics, TV, and washer & dryer.
