Modern Cottage on Red Lake

This modern cottage was made to help you relax and fully get away. Located on 1.5 acres of land you will enjoy lake frontage, two docks, campfires, fishing, a spacious yard, a canoe, a swim raft, a paddle boat, beautiful sunsets over the lake and a very homey cottage. This place is designed for you to enjoy by yourself or with your family/friends. The space This modern cottage is equipped with a bathroom (toilet, double headed shower, washer/dryer) and a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery/cooking utensils and equipment). The cottage features 3 bedrooms, a lake-facing sunroom (including a hideaway sofa bed), as well as a loft (has a lower ceiling) with additional sleeping spaces. Cozy up to a wood-burning fireplace (or furnace) in the colder months, or escape the summer heat with the A/C. *For larger groups, a separate bunk house is available for rent in the spring - summer - fall months. The bunkhouse has a queen and twin bed in each of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6+) but no running water or bathroom within the bunkhouse building. Contact the host if you are interested in this add-on. Red lake can get weedy in the summer months, however, it is 1 mile from the Red River where there is local fishing, swimming, tube-floating and kayaking. Visit local shops and eateries in Gresham or take a short drive to Shawano for local culture, food and excursions. Closest attractions: The Mountain Bay Trail. The Novitiate - a historical site.
