A mountain paradise, our house is fully equipped for you, your friends and family and all of your skiing/ biking/ hiking/ adventure gear. Our house is a minute walk from the lift. Up to 18 can comfortably enjoy not only the entire Hochkönig region, but also the beautiful, quaint town of Dienten. We are flexible, so please don't hesitate if you have any questions. We ask that you please communicate in English. Thank you, Oliver and Clara The space There are three floors and a basement. Ground Floor: - Well prepared / stocked kitchen with some staples. Large stove/ oven and a lot of natural light. - Dining Room with seating for 18. Access to backyard and a large window to views of the slopes. (This is quite important for those checking the weather and conditions) - Lounge / TV room. It's a smart TV, we have cable and a lot of DVDs too. - Bedroom with access to the backyard. Bathroom has two sinks, shower and a nice sized tub, though it does not have a private toilet. The toilet is in the hallway and is typically shared - Toilet 1st Floor: - Five Bedrooms. Each have double beds, a sink and shower, a beautiful view and access to the patios. Three rooms share one patio facing one of the slopes and the other two share the patio facing opposite slope. We love the patios for a lot of reasons! ( It's very easy to connect people and it's also very easy to divide. For example; parents wanting to stay close to their kids, not having to smell everyone's dirty socks) -Two toilets 2nd Floor: -Three Bedrooms. Each have double beds and a sink. -Bathroom with a shower and toilet Basement: -Sauna -Shower -Billiard room with dart board -Toilet - Table football -Ski / Bike storage room with ample space for everyone's gear. Easily accessible from the back yard. -Heated boot rack
