Our listing is suitable for adults ( I have indicated reasons in the safety section ) The space Welcome to our open plan retro studio cabin, nestled on the end of the Great Australian Bight 22 km from Streaky Bay, SA. This solar-powered eco holiday cabin is designed to provide a comfortable and sustainable retreat for up to 2 guests (Please note that our cabin is a studio setup with an open plan so ideally suited to accommodate couples or a maximum of 2 people ) As you step into the cabin, you'll be greeted by an open-concept layout that promotes a sense of relaxation and togetherness. The retro-inspired decor gives the space a charming and nostalgic vibe, combining modern comforts with a vintage flair. Large windows allow you to enjoy million dollar views of cape Blanche and the ocean. The cabin is situated on the beautiful Westall Way Loop, offering breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunset vistas. There's no better place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature than from the comfort of your own private cabin. In line with its eco-friendly approach, the cabin is powered entirely by solar energy, minimizing its impact on the environment. (A solar power friendly hair dryer and hair straightener are provided for the duration of your stay please do not use your standard hairdryer as they are not compatible with our solar system ) Despite its secluded location, the cabin offers easy access to all the attractions in Streaky Bay. Whether you're looking to explore the pristine beaches, engage in water sports, or indulge in local cuisine at nearby restaurants, everything is within reach. At night, you can relax outdoors near the outdoor fireplace ( wood provided) winter only .savouring a glass of wine while admiring the starry sky. The cabin provides a sense of tranquility and seclusion, allowing you to fully embrace the natural beauty that surrounds you. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note We are totally off grid and rely on rainfall to fill our tanks so please be careful with your water usage. Full septic flushing toilet and also a composting toilet are available 2 bathrooms are available 1 inside the cabin and the other in a newly built outhouse. We want to let you know that the inside shower is set to a specific temperature to conserve energy. If you prefer a hotter shower, feel free to use the outside bathroom where you can adjust the temperature to your liking. While we are able to welcome pets Strictly 2 dogs maximum are permitted at our property.
