Monday-Friday Lodger wanted! Centrally located room in a quiet, calm and clean house. 1 minute from Cabot Circus. Private downstairs bathroom with shower and patio with outdoor eating space. Fully equipped and modern kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. Ideally for respectful professionals or students who need a quiet space to stay and work. There’s a large fridge freezer space and this is a great, central place to stay. Two quiet lodgers will be upstairs. Lock provided for room. The space Modern, clean, furnished but empty in terms of belongings Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, all shared spaces, all cooking equipment (oils, condiments, spices as well) and both bathrooms. Other things to note I am a fourth year medical student and private tutor with very quiet lodgers. The room has a lock on the door with key for both ways. I’ve designed this to be a budget friendly version of a hotel with the convenience of a cooking and laundry space. You are welcome to use all basics e.g milk and cooking oils. The house is down a privately gated lane and is one of two houses so it is very safe and quiet on a night with the convenience of being 2 minutes from Cabot Circus.
