Take it easy at this tranquil getaway in Lesmurdie. Located in the Perth hills. Only 15 minutes from airports and 25 minutes to the city. Guest Suite - Private Room with 1 queen bed and another room with kitchenette, dining area and TV. Your own Private ensuite with shower, basin & toilet. Locked door between your suite and the main house. Private entry point with Smart Lock or key to enter your suite. Beautiful home with swimming pool and seating areas. Native gardens & wildlife. The space Parking available on main drive way for 1 or 2 cars. You have a Private entry point into your room with self check-in. Two rooms and bathroom ensuite are in a private wing of our house. It is private, cozy and comfortable with heating in the cooler months and air conditioner available in warmer months. There is a locked and secure door between your area and the main house. Your bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with linen and pillows, bed side tables, reading lights and a ceiling fan. Private ensuite has bath towels, shower, toilet, basin and heating light. Shutter doors open off the bedroom to a another room with table and two chairs, microwave, small fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine with milk warmer, toaster and ceiling fan. Plates, cutlery and glasses provided. Essentials provided are tea (black & green), coffee, Milo, coffee pods, sugar and milk. Continental breakfast available in your room with Orange juice, Quick Oats - (Uncle Toby's), milk (and almond milk option), croissants, butter, strawberry jam, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 2 NIGHTS, you are welcome to use our kitchen, dining room and laundry areas as a shared space. Smart TV with Live TV and Prime Video available and this can be viewed from your queen bed or dining area. You have access to wi-fi both inside and outside. Ideal if you need to work. On your stay you have access to the pool (no swimming May to October as water temp is cold) with lounge chairs and pool towels. We have a guest outside patio area with dining table, seating and electric BBQ. In the guest patio we have cooking utensils, plates and glasses and cutlery. We provide this in a Esky which you are welcome also to take with you if out and about during the day and would like to stop for a BBQ picnic in our area. Please just remember to bring it back with you for you to use again or for our next guests. Please note - no food or beverages supplied, you will have to organize this yourself. Your ‘Host Liz’ is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. We have a Massage Room in our main house. Seated Massages in our pool area are available in the warmer months. Other things to note We are available for a reasonable fee if you need to be picked up or dropped off at airports and also to Kalamunda or near surrounds if out for dinner or attending events. Public Transport (bus) nearby. Buses travel to Kalamunda (15 minutes) and also to bus/train to city center. (60 to 90 minutes). All times are based approximately depending on traffic conditions.
