Plenty of space for lounging and entertaining friends. Property has a forest of Joshua Trees, a fully fenced yard, a pool to float in and a jacuzzi for stargazing! The living spaces are designed to kick-back comfortably with friends and family. Listen to the curated vinyl record collection, watch your favorite movies, or play a variety of classic board and card games. High speed internet (400mbps) for all your streaming and WiFi needs. Each room has AC/Heating. ✻Kitchen: Bright and inviting, this space contains all of the amenities you need. Well stocked with cookware and dishes, electric stove, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (we recommend taking your coffee on the patio!), blender, toaster. Vintage bar cabinet in the dining room provides you with all the glassware you need to make signature groovy cocktails. ✻Living room: Get cozy in the main house in this room. A large couch and vintage egg chair provide plenty of seating. Large TV and record player with fun vinyl to explore. Change the vinyl wall display above the record player so our next guests can see your music picks! ✻Casita: This secret chill space, accessible from the back patio, provides the ultimate lounge vibe. Whether you are chilling out, or entertaining, this room is the jam. Beat the high score on the vintage pac-man table, play games, watch movies, try the 8-track player (yes...we said 8-track) or just hang out. This room also has a futon and couch. Lay your head to rest or kick back with a good book in the privacy of your own bedroom, or lounge and play games in the spacious casita. All bedrooms have TV's, so log into your favorite Apps and channels. A total of 6 guests can fall asleep here comfortably: ✻Bedroom 1: A primary suite with King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. ✻Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom with Queen bed. ✻Bedroom 3: Guest bedroom with Queen bed. ✻Guest bathroom: Hall bathroom in the main house with shower/tub. Each room in the house has its own Air Conditioning unit. The backyard oasis is the ultimate desert retreat. You can cool off with a dip in the pool or gaze at the stars from the hot tub, this space is prime time relaxation. Chill out in your choice of 6 separate outdoor seating areas. Find your favorite and spend the day kicking back. Kitchen patio, perfect for morning coffee/tea/smoothie and watching birds and rabbits. Trellis hangout with sofa, lighting, dining table with 8 chairs, great place for yoga in the shade! Bar top area by pool and BBQ with bar stools. Round Dining table and chairs with umbrella next to the pool. Propane BBQ Poolside lounge chairs and seating Gas fire pit with chairs and sofa, get cozy! Jacuzzi 18x18x48 Large POOL Propane Fire-pit ** All Children under the age of 14 using the pool or Jacuzzi must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Thank you. ** Several of the largest Joshua Trees in the area and neighborhood call this mid-century retreat home. You can explore their unique beauty from the comfort of home in this park-like setting. Plenty of visually appealing areas, murals and art for your picture-perfect moments. Guest access All areas of the home are accessible. Laundry is in the garage and access can easily be provided remotely by request. Other things to note We accept up to 2 small dogs for a fee of $50.00 for the entire stay. All dogs must be verified and approved. Dogs need to be accompanied at all times and NEVER to be left on the property alone. We also advise that dogs not be in the yard unattended, the desert is wild, we love dogs and want them all to be safe! Please clean up the yard after your dog, thank you! There is an additional cost of $50 for pet waste removal (just be a responsible pet parent, we clean up after our dogs!). The hot tub is cleaned and fully serviced one a week. If you would like it to be serviced beyond the weekly scheduled maintenance, please let us know, and please note there is an additional cost of $75. We recommend that you keep the doors to the house closed when you are outside. The desert is alive, and we have had a few lizard visitors sneak into the house, they are very cute, but they are safer outside! Additional guests may require additional fees. The propane tanks for the grill and fire pit are used often. We try to make sure that they are full for each guests arrival. In the rare instance that they are out of fuel, there is a self serve propane kiosk outside of Home Depot and Walmart across the street. We will reimburse the re-fill cost as long as you provide the receipt. If excess trash is left in the house, or if the home has not been tended to with care, guests will be responsible for additional fees after inspection. Stays in excess of 29 days are prohibited unless a signed rental agreement is in place.
