Apartment with a sea view, perfect for families. Apartment 100 meters from the beach, on the 7th floor, has two elevators and stairs. Equipped with everything you need, we provide beach chairs and umbrellas. The space Accommodates up to 10 people, with 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single double mattress. In the living room there is a pull-out bed that sleeps two people. Social bathroom equipped with shower and hot water. All bedrooms have built-in closets for your belongings + fans for hot days. We do not provide personal items, we recommend that you bring bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, living and dining room, and balcony overlooking the sea, Wi-Fi and TV with access to open channels. Guest access The condominium offers covered parking (only one space), but there are spaces on the street of the building, 24-hour doorman. The apartment is in a family building, so there are noise rules. Please respect them. Other things to note We are located between kiosks 45 and 46, in front of the building there is a bakery/grocery store, and we are close to supermarkets, ice cream parlors, bars, the fair is 2.7 km away (about 30 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car or rent a bicycle), there is bicycle rental on the beach block next to the building, all very close for the comfort of your stay.
