The "Lottis" - Apartment with Heart and a View of the Danube

The "Lottis" was renovated and furnished last year with a lot of love for detail. It can accommodate up to three people and is equipped with all practical things. The apartment is located in a holiday apartment complex, which has been extensively renovated in recent months :) The space Dining/sleeping area: The 1.80 m upholstered bed has electric slatted frames (adjustable head and foot section) as well as very high-quality mattresses. In addition, there is an extendable armchair for a third person. The bed linen is freshly made before arrival and is included in the price. There is also an extra cuddly blanket. The dining area can accommodate three people (two chairs and an additional stool). TV and radio are also available. Bathrooms: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Two towels and bath towels are available for our guests. Kitchen: In the kitchen there is a mini oven, a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a single induction hot plate, a kettle, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso). A corresponding "basic equipment" with dishes, spices, dish towels, etc. is available. If you do not want to cook, you can visit the restaurant in the neighboring hotel on foot or go to Obernzell/Passau for dinner. Corresponding flyers with restaurants that we have found to be good are available in the apartment. Terrace/outdoor area: The "Lottis" has a small terrace, which invites you to relax with its two lounge chairs and a small table. During the summer months, a parasol is also available. The adjacent garden area is for the general public and may be used by all guests. For our little guests, a sandpit shell is available on the terrace during the summer months, which can also be filled with water for splashing. A barbecue in the outdoor area is also available for all guests. Parking/arrival: Free parking is located below the apartment complex (right next to the neighboring hotel "Donaublick"). For short loading and unloading, you can park in front of the terrace. The "Lottis" is on the ground floor in the house "Ilz". Guest access Private access via key safe. Guests will receive the corresponding code in advance. Other things to note We want to be considerate of other visitors, so parties are not allowed in the "Lottis". Smoking is also not allowed indoors.
