Connection to Nature The house features an open concept design that connects seamlessly with the outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the exotic fauna of the tropical environment, both during the day and at night. Imagine watching monkeys, sloths, and hummingbirds from the comfort of your home! In addition, being in direct contact with nature, the arrival of insects and all kinds of animals is common, which adds an authentic touch to your experience. Water Supply The house uses rainwater and well water. Although the well water has been tested and is clean, it may retain a yellowish color due to the minerals present. We recommend purchasing drinking water for drinking and cooking. Accessibility No car is needed, as you can explore nearby beaches, grocery store, and restaurants using bicycles. Pet-Friendly Sueño Verde is a "Pet Friendly House", allowing one pet per stay with prior approval. We invite you to ask us about our policies and conditions before booking, as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. An additional $35 per stay fee applies for each pet. Electric Vehicle Charging If you arrive in an electric vehicle, we have a 220-volt, 40-amp charging point, ideal for recharging your vehicle using CREV portable chargers or similar. Let's keep the pool area fur-free. Bring the essentials: If your pet is in the habit of climbing on furniture, consider bringing your own linens and towels to make them feel at home without disturbing others. Cleaning Duty: Be responsible pet parents: pick up your pet's poop and mess. It's a small gesture that makes all the difference. Leash Protocol: When entering or leaving the property, keep your pet on a leash. It's for your safety and the peace of mind of our neighbors. No Loneliness: Please do not leave your pet alone on the property. We want to avoid howling symphonies and problems on the property.
