Less than 30mins to Mt Dobson Ski field and Fox Peak ski field. The township of Fairlie is 10mins drive away and 40mins drive to the stunning Lake Tekapo and Roundhill ski field. Fully fenced section on 2 acres, plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats. The space The house is modern and full of light. Big bi-fold doors open up both living areas for you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the stunning mountain views of The Two Thumb Range and Lake Opuha. Kitchen dining and lounge are all open plan in one very large room. Sitting in front of the huge open fire is the best place to be on a winters day. (The fire is only available during the colder months April through to October.) Internal doors open from the main living area into another living area this gives everyone enough space to do their own thing. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. 2 bedrooms have an ensuite, one with queen size bed the other has a superking size bed. The next 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and a super king size bed in the other. The last bedroom has a double bed and a king single plus additional trundler bed. Linen is motel quality, professionally cleaned and supplied by Queen Bee Laundry. Guest access There is no access to the garage and big shed.
