Home Features & Amenities: This beautifully furnished home includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: Bedrooms & Baths: Two furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen and dedicated dining area perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. In-Unit Laundry: Guests have access to the washer and dryer throughout the duration of their stay. Waterfront & Natural Setting The natural setting is the highlight of this property: Waterfront Access: The lakefront is conveniently located right across the street from the property! You have easy, immediate access to the waterfront for swimming and enjoying the views. Backyard Oasis: The backyard is dressed with towering fir trees that create a peaceful, shaded oasis you won't want to leave. Guest access Guests will enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire Lakehouse, which includes both the front and back yards. Waterfront Access: The dock is available for your use, conveniently located right across the street from the house. Please use caution when crossing the road. Parking: The Lakehouse has ample space for multiple cars in the gravel driveway. Property Note: The home and grounds are completely private and not shared with any other residents or guests. Other things to note Property Specifics & Security Peaceful Location: The Lakehouse is located in a lovely, peaceful, and quiet portion of Lake Whatcom, ensuring a relaxing escape. Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, the Lakehouse has exterior security cameras over the front door, the rear door, and the side door. The interior is NOT visible on any of the security cameras. Climate Control: There are two separate AC/heat units (mini-splits), each with its own remote control. One is in the living room and one is in the master bedroom, allowing you to customize your comfort. Entertainment: We welcome you to sign into your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on the Smart TV located in the living room.
