Private room with twin bed in home. Space usually only shared with me on some days. May even have place to yourself if I’m not there. Beaches, Grocery stores, restaurants, parkway, and parks all just a few minutes away. Self check in with smart lock. Plenty of street parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, cozy space. Dedicated cabinet/drawer in kitchen for utensils and cups. Quiet and cozy. Living room and kitchen for beverages and to store food. May heat food on stove. Quiet space. I interact however much guest prefers :) otherwise I keep to myself.
