The space Your room is in a charming post-war era house, full of character. It includes a portable heater during the colder months and a fan for warmer weather. Please note: there is no air conditioning. The shared bathroom is conveniently located near your room. There are two other rooms in the house: one is occupied by me (your host), and the other is also listed on Airbnb. This means a maximum of three occupants (excluding you) may be in the house at any given time. There is plenty of free parking available—both along the street in front of the house and on the driveway. Guest access The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities and utensils for preparing your own meals. You’ll have dedicated storage space in the fridge as well as a pantry cupboard for your dry goods. If you need to get some work done, there is a separate work area available. However, ongoing “work from home” arrangements must be discussed in advance. A small supplement may apply, particularly in colder months, to cover heating costs. Guests have access to the laundry area, though detergents should be brought by you. Dryer access is available only during winter. During your stay If I’m home, feel free to have a chat or message me if you need anything. When I’m at work or overseas, I’m still contactable via text for any assistance. Other things to note • Breakfast is not included. • Parking: You’re welcome to park in front of the house facing the main road. House Rules • Please remove your shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness. • No food consumption in the bedrooms. • Only toilet paper should be flushed; other items must go in the bin provided. • Since the bathroom is shared, please do not leave personal toiletries or towels there after use. • Please empty your rubbish into the blue bin near the garage before departure. • Be mindful of water and electricity usage—switch off lights and heaters when not in use. • You may use the kitchen, but only use the condiments provided (salt, pepper, oil) and clean up thoroughly afterward. Strict No Visitors Policy To respect everyone’s privacy, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. There are many nearby cafes and restaurants that are perfect for meeting with friends or visitors. Quiet Hours Please try to avoid entering or leaving the house after 11:00 PM. If necessary, do so quietly to minimize disturbance to others.
