Right at your stay, the fun only continues when you fire up the provided gas grill, host a sweet summer barbecue, and stare out at the river. Speaking of the river, go for scenic kayak rides on the water, then house them in the nearby dock when you return. Inside, the sunlit living room provides a peaceful place to sit and stream your favorite TV shows and movies. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the fully furnished sunroom. The chef of your family will adore the full kitchen's cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. To unlock, enter your 10-digit code and wait 3-5 seconds for the Schlage button to flash green and the mechanism to disengage; you'll hear a click. Pull the handle down to open. The door locks automatically when you close it, so no need to manually lock up. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Other things to note The home comes stocked with complimentary start-up essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, hand soap, and a sponge. Full linen and towel sets are provided, with backups stored in the unit and beach towels in the second-floor hall closet. You're responsible for any additional supplies you'd like during your stay. Your reservation includes a damage waiver covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property or its contents.
