Other things to note We ensure the person booking is the person staying. We do not allow third party bookings and do not allow bookings under the age of 21. If you plan on using the boat slip, we require proof of insurance on the water craft and a boater safety ID. The boat lift will only accommodate a V-hull boat under 28ft and 10,000lbs. The boat lift will not accommodate a pontoon boat. Wet slips can be arranged for pontoon boat in advance. No parking vessels on the finger pier leading to the slips.
