Tucked away in the heart of St Kilda, our peaceful home offers a quiet escape from the buzz. Your spacious upstairs room features a comfy queen bed, desk, and lounge, with a private bathroom right next door. Built just four years ago, the house is inspired by European country homes and filled with unique, calming touches. Close to cafes, beach, and trams, yet so serene, you’d never know you’re in the city. The space Bright and spacious, your private room features a comfy queen bed with quality linen, a lounge, desk, and TV with Netflix and Prime (no free-to-air). The private bathroom next door is stocked with luxury towels, soap, shampoo, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located at the quiet end of the house, it’s a peaceful retreat in the heart of St Kilda. Guest access You have access to the common living area & kitchen an of-course out beautiful garden. During your stay We are here if you have any questions and are always happy to help. Other things to note We have two animals living on the property. Our dog "Lotte" is a kelpie X and about two years old. Our cat's name is Diego and the two of them are best friends. If you are allergic to cats or dogs unfortunately our place wouldn't be suited to your needs. Our house is also listed with an agent specifically for photoshoots. We are well aware of the cost to hire a space for a photoshoot and what is involved. We get a lot of request to pay for the room only and then to use other spaces of the house for photography. If this is what you intend to book the room for I will not accept the booking unless we both agree on a different fee after discussing the use and specifics of the job. Parking - there is free parking on our street.
