You will be close to everything from this centrally located house. A short stroll to the foreshore, and walking distance to cafes, shops and the beach. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Lounge has a huge TV and air con. 2 outside dining areas with a BBQ and ocean views from the backyard, you can listen to the waves as you dine. Bedrooms have fans, bed 1 has King Bed & aircon, bed 2 has 2 singles. Linen and washing machine supplied. The space A cute and cosy cottage type property, with a main bedroom featuring air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a huge king size bed. The 2nd b/room has 2 singles with a ceiling fan. The lounge has a huge TV and split system air conditioner to keep you warm or cool. There are some games and puzzles to keep the kids amused, including a box of Lego. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee plunger and coffee machine. Hardwood floors throughout are both practical and easy care/low allergenic. The laundry has an iron and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and located near the laundry. Make sure you bring your snorkeling gear as there is great snorkeling straight out the front of the house, a one minute walk from the house. Please note that the rate only includes the main bedroom, there will be a $20 charge for each extra bed used. Other things to note Only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The famous Geraldton Crystal ball is a short 5 minute walk away, perfect for that Sunset selfie! There is a safe swimming/snorkeling spot in front of the house, and enjoy a coffee at AJ's Beach cafe, all within walking distance. If you love the beach, this spot is for you.
