We welcome those who wish to experience the warmth of a local home during their travels. A peaceful neighborhood where locals reside, yet conveniently accessible to popular tourist attractions! * Hongik Univ. Station(Hongdae): 18 min by bus. * Yeonnam-dong(Gyeongui Line Forest Park): 15min by bus. The space * The bedroom measures 2.4m x 3.6m. It is a private space for a single guest's use. * A guest has exclusive use of the bedroom, while other spaces are shared/common areas. We provide * A queen-size bed * Amenities for work, including a desk, chair, lamp. * A 40-inch TV with Netflix access is provided. * Bread, coffee, jam and butter for breakfast. A safe accommodation within an APT complex with on-site security. Guest access Bathroom * The bathroom will be shared with one or two other guests. * Bathroom amenities provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, hand soap, and towels. (Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste!) Spaces available to guests: * bedroom, bathroom, living room, coffee bar * Use of the kitchen is not permitted for safety reasons. Other things to note * About Smoking Smoking are prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the apartment complex. * Additional rules Partial refunds due to schedule changes will follow the refund policy. The host may request compensation from the guest for any irreparable damage to property. * Please make your reservation using an Airbnb account that has been verified in your name. * No outside visitors are permitted under any circumstances. * Only adults 19 years of age or older may stay. * We will provide you with a key card, allowing you to access the accommodation at any time, 24 hours a day.
