Meet our staff in the lobby, and they'll assist you. *House Rules* 1. *Check-in Time*: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability, with a charge of ₱150 per hour. 2. *Guests*: No unregistered guests allowed. Extra guests will be charged ₱500 per head, as long as they don't exceed the maximum allowable number of guests in the unit. 3. *Housekeeping*: - Please remove your shoes/slippers and use the provided slippers inside the unit only. - No Smoking*: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, balconies, and all common areas of the building.(penalty: ₱5,000.00). - No parties or events allowed. - Don't rearrange the furniture. 4. *Care of Furnishings*: You're responsible for any damages that may occur during your stay. 5. *Toilet Etiquette*: Don't flush sanitary products down the toilet. 6. *Cooking*: Avoid cooking food with strong or foul odors (penalty: ₱5,000.00). Please do your dishes and keep the space clean. 7. *Appliances*: Don't put metal or foil in the microwave, and clean it after use. 8. *Noise Curfew*: Please be considerate of other guests and residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum in the hallways and common areas between 8 PM and 6 AM. 9. *Door and Keys*: Close the door gently. Take extra care of your keys; lost keys incur a replacement fee of ₱1,800.00. 10. *Pool Access*: Not included in your booking. Exclusive to registered guests only. Guests of our registered guests are not permitted to use the pool, even with accompaniment. Please note that our swimming pool may be closed for maintenance at certain times. Before booking, please ask us if the pool is available during your stay. If it's not available, we apologize in advance. We prioritize guest safety, and access to the pool will not be permitted during maintenance. Parking Information: Please note that parking is not included in the booking fee. If you require parking, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange for a parking spot for you. Additional fee of ₱500 per night applies, subject to availability.
