This private guestroom comes with an attached private bathroom. It's on the first floor of a single family Victorian home that has a private driveway & large front porch. You will be sharing the home with the hosts. This room has an attached private bathroom, a King size Murphy bed (wall bed), a single/twin size bed, night stands, hardwood floors, desk, chair, clothing rack w/ hangers, cabinet, central AC/Heat, blinds, room darkening drapes, ambient noise machine, Smart TV and wi-fi. The space PLEASE READ THIS so you kindly understand the space you'll be in: This is a single family Victorian home that offers private guestrooms with private bathrooms. Airbnb guests booking a guestroom(s) in the home will be sharing the home with the hosts, but as pointed out above, the Airbnb guest(s) will have a private/dedicated bathroom and private guestroom(s). The maximum allowed Airbnb guests in the home is two (2). We have multiple listings on Airbnb that give the Airbnb guests (no more than two) options to reserve either a single room or two rooms. With each Airbnb listing, the Airbnb guest(s) will always be sharing the home with the hosts. The home is right near the Q and B trains, and noise from the train passing by the house will be heard by the Airbnb guests inside the home. Guests will hear and see the trains pass by from the windows in the home. To help counter the noise from the train, we provide earplugs and ambient noise machines. However, for Airbnb guests sensitive to noise, this home will not best suit them, and we kindly advise they not consider reserving a guestroom in the home. The home has stairs that lead to the private guestroom(s) and  private bathrooms. There is no elevator in the home. For Airbnb guests that have a fear of stairs or have mobility impairments that prevent the use of steps/stairs, this home will not best suit them, and we kindly advise they not consider reserving a guestroom in the home. The home is not suitable for children, and hosts will consider allowing a child only if they're above 12 years old and will be supervised by their parent/legal guardian at all times. The home consists of the following: - A large front porch (shared/common space) with two benches, two tables and four chairs. Guests staying in a guestroom in the home are welcome to the front porch. - A private driveway only for Airbnb guests that have first requested a parking spot upon booking a guestroom. Airbnb guests booking a guestroom in the home are not allowed to park in the driveway unless they have first requested a parking spot upon booking a room. This is because the driveway is very limited with parking space. Although there is no cost to park one vehicle, there is a cost to park an additional vehicle ($25 a night), only when there is space available. Therefore, due to the driveway space being very limited, in order to guarantee a parking spot, guests are required to immediately request it upon booking a guest room.  - A first/main floor with the shared/common areas, which are the eat-in kitchen, foyer, and the formal living/dining room. Airbnb guest(s) staying in any guestroom in the home is welcome to only the shared/common spaces on the first floor. The first floor also has the main staircase that leads to private guestrooms and private bathrooms on the second and third floors of the home. During your stay My family and I occupy this home and we will be hosting your stay with us. Although we try not to be in your way so it allows our guests to relax and enjoy their time without any interruptions, you will be sharing the home with us.
