Home in Sugar Land

Hello Dear Guest, My husband and I love to meet new people, opening our home to guests have been the most amazing experience for us. We had created new friendships and learned so much from other wonderful cultures. Our home is located in a quiet residential area in Sugar Land and you will feel like you are at home. Our home is perfect for couples, traveling for work, doing an internship in nearby companies or just a getaway weekend. We are open to long term guest 1-6 months! The space Our accommodation provides a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, ideal for couples, friends traveling together or traveling for work. The room has a closet and a full remodeled SHARED bathroom directly across from your bedroom. We include lots of fresh clean towels and complimentary body wash and shampoo. If there is anything you need, please ask! This room as a flat-screen television with Nexflix. Guest access Guests will have access to our backyard, kitchen and living room, and dining room. Use of our washer/dryer is available on request. If you need to use a computer, print boarding passes or get general information about our city, we are here to help. During your stay As much or as little as you prefer! We are super friendly and will like to make new friends. You are welcome to join us for a coffee in the morning or a meal, or you can completely enjoy your privacy. Just let us know! Other things to note We have a small friendly dog. Her name is Fresca and if you are a pet friendly you will enjoy her company. Just be careful because she is tiny!! in August 2020 we added Coco !! she is tiny also , but very sweet ! The community pool is a 4-minute walk from the house for use during the summer months.
