Finca in walking distance to the Puerto Pollensa beach. Finca Pio is an elegant holiday home at the borders of Puerto Pollensa. The house offers a nice garden with lawns and a large pool. Finca Pio is in walking distance of the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Puerto Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families. The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports. Finca Pio is furnished in the Mallorcan country house style, including traditional elements such as exposed beams, an open fireplace and large rooms. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 3 bathrooms and a large fully fitted kitchen. In addition there is a reading room on mezzanine level. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer. Finca Pio has a large outdoor area with lawns, trees and bushes and a large pool. The covered terrace is furnished with a dining table and there is a brick-built BBQ as well as a table tennis/ping pong table. Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request. Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week.
