The space 2 Master Suites with 3 beds, 1 Kingsize bed and 2 Queen size beds, spacious office to work whilst vacationing/stationing not to miss your emails and other office important documents that cannot be assessed from phones. Other things to note - Quiet hours 9pm to 7am Please use the front door and pathway from the street for your entrance and exit routes, not the sidewalk, to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors next door. Parking in the front is allowed until 6 PM, no overnight parking on the streets. Strict no pets' policy, including service pets and visiting pets. No smoking or vaping. No extra guests. Maximum of 4 people. If the camera captures extra guests, you will be charged $35 per guest. If you break any item, please report it immediately for replacement. Please Park in the designated 2 parking spaces in front of the garage. There's a garage door opener in the Kitchen, use it during your stay and place it back same spot when leaving. Must be over 21 years old to book and stay. Guests staying must match the booking picture on the profile. No furniture to be moved. No glitter or confetti. Unfortunately, some guests leave on Wednesday and are unable to empty garbage bins. We apologize on their behalf; this is out of everyone’s control. NO PARTIES!
