The space Dear guests, If you are looking for a place to disconnect, rest, enjoy tranquility, and also take advantage of the comfort of a new house, just 90 minutes from Santiago (100 km), 40 minutes from Viña del Mar and Valparaíso (40 km), this is the place for you. Olmué is a small town located in a green valley surrounded by mountains and is a gateway to the Campana National Park. The city is characterized by promoting Chilean folklore and culture through different activities, one of the best known is the huaso festival that takes place every year. In addition, the city offers various panoramas such as trekking, horseback riding and even enjoying a glider flight. Olmué is characterized by a warm climate, ideal for enjoying outdoor activities. Just as you can enjoy the city, we also want you to enjoy your stay at our house, so together with my husband we make sure that every corner of this place is special. The house is an open concept with a living room, dining room and kitchen integrated into a single space with large windows, thus the interior of the house is directly integrated with the exterior spaces. During the winter months, don't worry about the cold, the house is fully prepared for your comfort. We have a pellet stove to enjoy a charming view of the fire. And it should be noted that all the windows in the house are thermo panel, which facilitates heating. BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM The master bedroom is quite spacious and has 1 double bed, 50-inch TV* and windows with direct access to the patio The guest bedroom has 1 bunk bed For the 2 additional guests we have 1 comfortable queen size sofa bed, which is located in the living room In the living room you can enjoy your favorite movies and series on a 60-inch TV*. *Wireless smart TV PELLET STOVE - Available between May and September On the day of check-in you will find the stove loaded with pellets, at its maximum capacity - 13kg. It is the responsibility of each guest to manage their consumption. If you would like more pellets, check with the hosts for availability. BED LINEN We provide bedding: Fall/Winter: sheets, duvets, blankets, and pillows Summer/Spring: sheets, bedspreads and pillows BATHROOM The bathroom has 1 hand towel, 1 mat, toilet paper, and soap for arrival We DO NOT provide towels for personal use PETS We accept up to 2 small, well-behaved pets per stay. We remind you that any damage caused by the pet is the sole responsibility of the guardians. KITCHEN For cooking lovers, we tell you that the kitchen is fully equipped and modern, here you will feel comfortable preparing your best recipes The kitchen has the basics for arrival: • 1 kitchen towel, dishwasher and sponge • Sugar, salt and oil TERRACE AND BARBECUE We also have a nice terrace at the foot of the pool, where you can relax and sunbathe. The barbecue area is integrated into the same space, with all the utensils to make a delicious roast*. This entire area is roofed so that this space can be used even on rainy days. *Charcoal grill POOL The pool (not heated) is 6x3m, its maximum depth is 1.50m and it is fully lined with turquoise mosaics For parents' peace of mind, you can see the pool from anywhere in the house. For safety reasons, avoid diving and jumping in the pool as it is shallow and we do not want anyone to get hurt. Pool maintenance: during the summer season, greater care is needed with the pool, so that it is always clean and crystal clear. So the person who does the pool maintenance probably has to check parameters and do routine cleaning during your stay. The visit that will take place at night or/and early morning, does not last more than 30 minutes and will be notified and coordinated with the current guests. It is important to say that this routine is not optional and is absolutely necessary for the proper maintenance of the pool and the well-being of our guests TINAJA The tub follows the line and style of the pool and its capacity is for 6 people. It has a hydromassage system and works with a heat pump. Thanks to this, its heating is automatic, that is, it works according to a schedule. The use of the tinaja has an additional charge, because it is optional • Rate for 1 night $30,000 • Rate for 2 nights $40,000 • Check rate for 3 nights or more If you decide to use it, you can enjoy it for 3 hours a day at its maximum temperature (38-40 degrees C) between 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm (change of schedule must be coordinated 1 day in advance) After that time the pump shuts off, but the water stays warm for a few more hours. Also, during the day (depending on the weather) the water will remain around 28-30 degrees. If you choose not to use the hot tub, please note that you will not be able to enter it during your stay due to maintenance Avoid glass cups and glasses in the pool area/tinaja for your own safety and for others Please let us know if there was any damage or if you broke something during your stay so that we can check the area and avoid any inconvenience, especially if it is glass. In any case, if you have any questions, please check before booking LOCATION We want to highlight that our house is very well located on a paved street just minutes from downtown Olmué, just 5 minutes by car from supermarkets such as Unimarc and Santa Isabel, pharmacies, restaurants and the Patagual complex.
