Fast, reliable Wi-Fi and ample parking space for up to four vehicles. Ideal for families with pets, friends or traveling workers, this 5BD, 2BA space is filled with light, bright touches! Relax in the timeless charm of a 100-year-old Colonial style home in Three Oaks, Michigan. This beautifully restored residence features all new furniture, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Guests will have their pick from 2 king beds, 2 full beds and a new couch sofa bed with high-quality cotton linens, pillows and blankets. Sink into the soft, comfortable sofa in the living room while streaming movies from your favorite services with the 58” Smart TV. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a 32” Smart TV for private entertainment as well. Decompress after a day of exploring in the bathtub with all of the necessary showering essentials and towels. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer & dryer. The kitchen offers all the cooking essentials, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, wine glasses, and a blender. The private fenced backyard boasts a beautiful garden and grassy area and a patio with outdoor furniture for lounging. Free high-speed WiFi keeps you connected for any remote work calls with ample space for setting up a laptop or ensuring a reliable internet connection for everyone’s devices. You'll have ample free parking during your stay for up to four vehicles, and the home is just a short walk from downtown Three Oaks or drive to the beaches of Lake Michigan or New Buffalo’s fine dining and shopping. Don't miss the opportunity to explore numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants and the charming attractions of this wonderful area. Upon arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is at 10AM. The home is entirely yours during your stay except the basement and garage areas. There is also one locked owner's closet located in one of the bedrooms. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Getting around Three Oaks, MI, is typically done by car or walking. This small village doesn't have public transportation, so having your vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the area and nearby attractions. Walking is also a great option, especially when you're exploring the charming downtown area and its various shops, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, bicycling is popular in the area, and there are some bike-friendly routes to enjoy the beautiful countryside. Whether you're walking or cycling, the village's compact size makes it easy to navigate. You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 11pm and 8am. Pets are allowed at this location when approved in advance. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. Only water is allowed in the bedrooms, so please keep all other food and drink in the kitchen and designated dining areas. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
