Enter the property via the sunroom that has a seating area with views of the water. There are also 2 twin daybeds with trundles and tv located in this area. The sunroom opens to the dining and kitchen areas where there is a large eating table including bar seating. To the left of the kitchen is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. To the right of the kitchen/living area are two bedrooms with an adjoining half bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 doubles. They both have TVs. A beachfront sundeck with built in seating and ocean views is accessed from the sunroom. There are two outdoor showers underneath the house. One shower is an enclosed full show with hot and cold water. The other is a rinse off shower for guests to rinse off after leaving the beach. A large screened porch is located under the house with a picnic table, chairs, and cornhole. The washer and dryer are located downstairs behind the screened porch. Internet/TV service. That will cause the air conditioner not to cool correctly. ***Blinds are cordless. All that needs to be done to open them is turn the wand. If you want to lift them, you have to gently push the bottom rail to raise or pull down to lower the blinds. **** Please do not move furniture unless cleared through the owner. **** Do not move the grill. It needs to stay on the deck outside the kitchen. There are fire extinguishers provided if needed.
