Spacious and charming fully equipped house, entirely available to guests, with its large garden. Located 10 minutes from Paris-Saclay and 30 minutes from Paris (RER B station 300 m away). The house offers four large bedrooms and is surrounded by greenery. All amenities are within walking distance (300 m). It is ideal for business stays, family stays, and green getaways just minutes from Paris. Paris-Saclay campus: 10 min, Orsay University: 800 m, CNRS: 5 min The space The house enjoys a prime location, allowing easy access to Paris-Saclay in 10 minutes and central Paris in 30 minutes, while offering a green and pleasant environment. It is located 300 metres on foot from the RER B, connecting Paris, Massy TGV, Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airport. Set in the Chevreuse Valley, well known for its forests, castles and protected natural areas, the house offers an ideal setting to combine professional activities, cultural discoveries and relaxation. All amenities and services (shops, services, public transport, nature walks and forest access) are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The house is perfectly suited for remote working, with high-speed fibre internet and a dedicated workspace in each bedroom, as well as several desks throughout the house. The house has a lot of character, with its central staircase, open volumes and personalised decor, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. All rooms are bright and overlook the garden. The large ground-floor living area, opening onto the terrace and garden through a panoramic bow window, includes a dining area and a comfortable lounge. The accommodation consists of four spacious and comfortable bedrooms (15 sqm each), offering a generous and pleasant living space. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a desk and storage space, and opens directly onto the garden. Upstairs, three family bedrooms each offer a workspace, storage and garden views. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds. The house also includes: a fully equipped kitchen, which can be open or closed as needed, a separate laundry room (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer), a ground-floor shower room (shower and toilet), an upstairs bathroom with a large bathtub, separate toilets. The large landscaped garden surrounds the house and allows guests to fully enjoy the outdoor space: relaxing, outdoor meals or activities for both adults and children. This accommodation is suitable for business stays, family stays, as well as travellers wishing to enjoy the proximity of Paris while staying in a spacious, natural environment, entirely for their own use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden throughout their stay, with the exception of a small outbuilding at the back of the garden used for gardening equipment, and two very small rooms currently closed for renovation, which are not shown in the description. Access to the house is via a green and pleasant path. The ground-floor living areas open directly onto the garden, making it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is easily accessible by public transport: the RER B station is a 3-minute walk away, with direct connections to Paris, Palaiseau, Massy and the Paris airports. It is also possible to arrive by car. Two free parking spaces are available directly on the property. Other things to note Remote work / digital nomad friendly The house is particularly well suited for remote working: -high-speed fibre internet installed (Bouygues – approx. 439 Mbps), -5 workspaces: one desk in each bedroom, plus one desk on the mezzanine. Presence of a pet We have a cat, discreet and shy. He simply needs to be let outside and given some food. Barbecue A barbecue is available. It is stored by default; please let us know in advance if this is important to you so we can make it available. Stays with young children Baby equipment can be provided on request: -travel cot (0–3 years), -changing mat. Accessibility / single-level living option It is possible to live entirely on the ground floor, where you will find: one bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, the laundry room and a shower room with toilet. Please note that there is a small step at the entrance and a small step in the ground-floor shower. For these reasons, the house is not fully wheelchair accessible. However, it may be suitable for a person with reduced mobility who can walk a little, as parking is possible very close to the front door and stairs can be avoided.
