Whether snuggling up with a good book in front of the fire or having your morning coffee in the cozy kitchen nook overlooking the ocean, this inviting space is charming and comfortable. From your private, ocean-facing patio the gardens and koi pond are right outside your door. You’re welcome to roam the many outdoor areas and enjoy passing the time in the gazebo, lounging in the hammock, picnicking on the lawn, and more! The suite is spacious with new furnishings including queen bed, extra deep sofa which can also serve as a bed, gas fireplace, kitchen nook (with refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods), and bathroom with large walk in shower. The unit and grounds are all on one level, making for easy access to indoor and outdoor space. The unit is accessible through your own private entrance. You will have full access to this entire space, as well as all outdoor areas of the 2 acre property. The owners are always available to their guests. While we respect your privacy, we are also happy to provide you with any tips you might want for exploring the area. Should any questions or concerns arise regarding the accommodation during your stay, we are always available by phone or text. A car will be required for this location. Joey's Ocean View is bathed in sunlight. Double sliding doors and multiple large windows bring in natural light along with the phenomenal views. The unit is located below our hexagonal home, and no parts are shared - it is completely private. The owners and their sweet dog, Joey live upstairs. You may hear the pitter patter of paws and feet from time to time, but please know that all measures are taken to ensure you receive the peace and solitude you so deserve! Please note: Joey is in love with all humans! So be prepared for some doggie love and kisses.
