Welcome to our family home, ideal for 8 guests, whether as a family or with friends. We have furnished our house with care and equipped it so that you do not miss anything. On the ground floor, two bedrooms with 160 cm beds each have their own private bathroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a toilet, a bathroom and a mezzanine/office. Outside: large terrace with awning, heated pool (depth 1.20 m), hot tub and barbecue. The space Bed linen is provided, and towels are at your disposal. The beds will be made upon your arrival for your convenience. Just remember to bring your beach towels. 🏖️ A folding crib is also available upon request, with a sheet provided. In order to preserve the quality of the premises, we simply ask that you not go upstairs with your shoes on. The wooden staircase is fragile and easily marked. For your convenience, you will find the necessary household products for daily maintenance on site, as well as some basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices). The garage and a bedroom upstairs remain private, as we store our personal belongings there. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Ideally located, the house serves as a perfect base from which to discover the treasures of Morbihan. Nearby, you can explore charming destinations such as Vannes, with its ramparts and historic center, Auray, with its traditional Port de Saint-Goustan, or Carnac, famous for its rows of menhirs. La Trinité-sur-Mer, renowned for its harbor and seaside atmosphere, is also just a few minutes away. You will be on the doorstep of the magnificent Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, offering stunning landscapes between land and sea. Numerous walking or cycling routes are available to you along the coastal trails. From Vannes, you can embark on a boat trip to discover the islands of the Gulf, such as Île aux Moines or Île d’Arz. Beaches, local markets, water activities, hikes, and culinary discoveries will make your stay an authentic and refreshing experience. Other things to note Preparation fee of €300 included in the costs: this includes the complete preparation of the house before your arrival, the end-of-stay cleaning, and the maintenance of the pool and spa during your stay.
