Check-out is by 11 AM, unless otherwise arranged in advance. • Late check-outs (when available) are $20. • Unapproved late check-outs after 11 AM will incur a $50/hour fee to protect our cleaning team’s schedule. 3. No parties or events – a $250 fee will apply if violated. 4. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking fees range from $250–$500 depending on the severity. 5. Pets must be pre-approved. Unapproved pets may result in fees up to $250. Maximum of 1 pet allowed. 6. No unregistered overnight guests. A fee of up to $250 may be charged for violations. 7. Please treat our furnishings and linens with care. Damages or missing items may be charged to your card. 8. Kindly wash any used dishes before checking out – we really appreciate it!
