Bedroom has a full size futon bed with a single bunk bed over it. Between the rooms is a 3/4 bath. 12 miles south of Mizzou's football stadium Strong private wifi signal throughout the property. Park your car in my garage. Lounge on my deck. Wander my 30 acres, just don't disturb the cattle, mash down any fences or leave any gates open! I live in the house 30' away, so I'll be nearby. You can make my acquaintance or keep entirely to yourself, your choice. We're on a (mostly) quiet county gravel road, 11 miles south of Columbia, 5 miles NW of Ashland, 4 1/2 miles west of U.S. Hwy. 63. Three Creeks trailhead is 3 miles away. On foot, bike (BYOB) or vehicle (BYOV) I provide paper and plastic goods. Bedding and towels provided but will not be changed during your stay. The water heater is adequate but small, so don't expect long hot showers. Use your cell or computer for music or entertainment, as there is no TV or radio. Expect cell coverage (voice calls) to be spotty. Texts should work fine. I housekeep only when your stay is over. Sorry, but I got burned a few months ago when a "guest" used someone else's credit card, trashed my place, stole some things and generally made my life miserable for their extended stay.
