We run our house as a non-smoking house. Dogs and pets are not allowed. The holiday home has a living area of approx. 110 sqm. The house can accommodate five people, in three bedrooms. For a relaxing stay, you have a spacious kitchen, a large living room, three bedrooms, shower/toilet and another guest toilet at their disposal. Internet connection is possible via Wi-Fi. The house is a non-smoking house. Back of the house you will find enough space to relax. In addition, they have a garden table, umbrella and chairs incl. Seat pads as well as a charcoal grill available. There is a large meadow on the property, which can also be used The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen. The living room has SATELLITE TV, stereo system and DVD player. The cozy seating combination, consisting of a three-seater and two-seater couch as well as armchairs, create a relaxing atmosphere. The cozy reading corner completes the room. There are a total of three bedrooms available. A double room, a room with 2 single beds and a single room. A cot and other children's equipment is available. Special notes: Since our house is run as a cottage, it is only suitable for fitters to a limited extent. Booking by fitters or students is only possible with prior consultation. A deposit of €200.00 deposit is mandatory. This must be deposited with the host on arrival. Arrival by 6 pm later arrival by telephone arrangement. Guests of Gerolsteiner Land will pay a contribution of 0.75€ per night in all accommodations from January 1, 2024. Exceptions apply for children up to the age of 6 and business travellers. Please note: From March 2026, Wiesentalstraße in Lissendorf will be renovated.
